Digestion is most important in Ayurveda. Depending on the quality of digestion one can turn poison into nectar or nectar into poison. Agni is metabolic fire that supports digestion.
Choose one of three teas - Agni, Sattva or CCF Detox
AGNI- Enjoy brewing this Agni-balancing herbal tea. Boil one cup ( 8 oz) of water. Once it comes to a boil, add 1 tsp of the tea blend and cover. Steep for three minutes. Add milk and sweeteners such as Coconut Sugar or Maple syrup. Honey added to hot liquids is a no-no in Ayurveda. Or serve hot as is. Ideally, this tea is served with meals.
Ingredients - Tulsi, Chamomile, Fennel Seeds, Cloves, Cardamom, Ginger, Rose Petals and Cinnamon.

Sattva - Sanskrit - Pure, Being-ness
CCF Detox - Enjoy brewing this traditional detox herbal tea. Boil one cup ( 8 oz) of water. Once it comes to a boil, add 1 tsp of the tea blend and cover. Steep for five minutes. Serve hot. Ideally, this tea is served with meals.
Ingredients - Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds
