SCIENCE OF LIFE
Ayurveda is a wayof Life.
The oldest science of longevity originates from the holy land of India.
The basis of this timeless way of life has its basis in consciousness. The innate intelligence of consciousness is imbued in all aspects of the Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Ayurvedic lifestyle is perhaps more relevant now than ever before.
Living life in alignment with seasons, times of the day and maintaining daily routines that support digestion, sleep and elimination are the foundations of an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Ayurveda is for the senses and the body; it is for inner development and for creating a life that is rhythmic. One can follow any religion and still maintain an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
How to integrate Ayurveda into modern life?
First by knowing the self. When you know the inner self and begin to live in rhythm with Nature, you will notice the flow and freedom in your life. Nourishing daily practices such as meditation, asana practice, breathwork, mantras and homemade foods are aspects of Ayurvedic life.
